When you decide to defend in a block for most of the game, expect the other team to tire you out and look fresher when you spend almost all of your energy chasing long balls because you're so deep that you can't string a couple of passes together. Once again England is paying for reverting to that awful stereotype that Europe thinks of it. Long ball.
