Can anyone confirm the veracity? Saw it on Reddit, supposedly in OT pitch

Where would you rank Sanchez among all the current premier league players? Easily top 10 for me...

If I were to rank, I'd go

1. De Gea
2. De Bruyne
3. Kane
4. Sanchez
5. Pogba
6. Hazard

Golden Glove 17/18:

De Gea 14
Courtois 12
Ederson 10

I haven't watched a game where De Gea fecked up as much as Ederson did against Liverpool, nor have I watched a game where Ederson dominated like David against Arsenal..

Only reason he has 10 clean sheets as well is because of how good a team City are this season, if he was there this time last season, probably be in the same position as Bravo was.

Serious question (assuming this goes through):

Is this the biggest ever '1 UP' transfer for Utd?

- we're taking Arsenal's best player
- who was very much courted by City
- who apparently both Chelsea and Liverpool were also interested in
- well below market value

It's pretty tasty isn't it?!

Not sure who the other transfer contenders are but recent memory says:

- Cantona from Leeds
- Cole from Newcastle
- Van Persie from Arsenal

(each of those contributed massively to a Premiership medal... good omen!)

Not just against Liverpool, but he did the same thing against us in pre-season in America, he is a big liability for them, he is obviously a step up from Bravo, but then again most goalkeepers would be.

Ederson should not be anywhere near anyone's team of the year.

United have not finished ahead of Arsenal in years.
Arsenal have won a lot less trophies than United over the years, so that could be another factor. Tbh it's Pogba and the team JM is building, Utd are on the up and everybody is jumping ship at Arsenal, but I have faith Wenger will steady it once again.

I thought my internet browser is buged because everytime i press F5 it generates another page to this thread.

So based on my understanding.... 2 of Caf bestest muppets went to Carrington taking pictures of cars. Alexis was there but nowhere to be found.
And now We have to wait 48 hours for the club's announcement.

Is this one of those Louis Van Gaal's famous disappearing rooster morphing tricks?

Based on this season it's hard to say but prior to this season I had him down as the best player in the league.

Lol why do the british press hate United so much?

Because United was so dominant in nearly 3 decades back to 90s and United have won more EPL than all English clubs combined. So that made them hating us much, bitter and jealous.

Griezmann isn’t coming. Please get over it.

I saw a quote from Mourinho this morning and he said "With Sanchez, we will have four players for the THREE forward positions"

Which to me means, Griezmann & Dybala are not on the menu, and that we are going 4-3-3...!!

Don't the players have a day off for Monday these days?

Why does Lindelof have his announcement date in October???

Players had 2 days off anyway, unsure if that was Saturday and Sunday or Sunday and tomorrow. Herrera has been instagramming from Spain this evening.

There was also news (from Castles I think) that Mourinho had changed his focus into searching for a third midfielder and an recent interview where he said that Pogba was benefiting from the team being suited to him now. Everything points towards a 433 going forward.

I certainly hope so, I think we are far better geared up for it.

Just look at those Van Gaal signings compared to Mourinho’s
All of Mourinho's signings have been a success except maybe Mkhi but even he had a big impact on our EL run last year. And all of Van Gaals signings have been failures except Martial . Rojo and Blind I wouldn't say they are failures but 50/50 neither good or bad. Herrera and Shaw don't count because they were Moyes signings. It's like night and day

Yet still players want to come here from Arsenal. I wonder why that might be?

Before you say money, consider that Arsenal are one of the most cash-rich teams in the world and United have one of the lowest % spends on wages in the Premier League.

I'm less antsy about the announcement now anyway, since there's no rush to get him registered in time for a game and it's very, very clearly over the line and done now anyway.

I had Monday 8pm as my prediction in the other thread pretty much when it started. Can't wait to be right to the minute.
