Stadium looks half full
So far Liverpool have done a great job closing down our midfield. We can't seem to find the same passes we've found in the previous games. Usually ends with a long ball towards our front three which Liverpool easily wins.

I'm amazed I can hear this sky commentary from all the way inside Liverpool's arse.
The Liverpool players are clearly aware of our defenders more aggressive approach. They're doing a good job of playing the ball on quickly when they get it into their feet and for the most part giving our defenders no chance at winning it.
Would have been booked for that in a competitive game.
That's a dive shoulda been a card for Sterling
Smalling is truly excellent at defending and his general play with the ball seems to be improving under van gaal.
Half hour gone and aside from that rash challenge we're doing ok.
