GiggsysGirl
Toxic Frogger
Ok, so it was on a few days back but thought I'd chuck out my tuppence worth. I usually avoid WH telly/film remakes as it's my favourite book and they always fall short of the mark but gave this one as chance as Tom Hardy is a very good actor.
He did very well, I thought, despite the blue eyes. Grrr. And they got a lot of the important scenes/lines in but the direction was woeful. Seemed to be filmed in the depth of summer and everyone wore very bright, cheerful colours. Not gothic or violent in the slightest.
Not to mention they butchered the ending.
I gave it a solid 5 out of 10 for Hardy alone.
