Is this a halloween thread?
Do you go to games? Do you go to games when we come from 2-0 down in the CL and you're probably a bit pissed? People bloody cheer a win and get swept up in the celebration. Many of those fans chanting his name probably are probably ole out, but you chant, you cheer, you celebrate. It's football.that result doesn’t change the facts.
See Chelsea/Real Madrid fans. Two rational clubs with rational sets of fans who do not accept mediocrity.

Please read my post..What antics? We endend up winning the game so it's ok to boo him? like what are you even trying to say?
the sub might have been the right choice and for the better, I cant remember which game it was. All I remember was him getting booed by the fans and him looking down at the floor. Just cause we ended up winning the game you feel it was ok for him to get booed? You don't make any sense.
Yup, and in return, he had to give more and as a result they won more UCL in last decade then we did in our entire history.Real Madrid used to boo Ronaldo

They're rational at all is what I meantYup, and in return, he had to give more and as a result they won more UCL in last decade then we did in our entire history.
They are a club who do not accept mediocrity, be it at the president, manager, or players. And as a result, they are by far the most successful club in the world.
I think the match going fans are hurting the club longterm still supporting ole but yesterday they did boom when we were shit so it was fine

You know good and damned well that there is no correlation between booing and a team's success rate.
There is a big correlation between accountability and success though. United (from the board structure, to manager, players and fans) have long given up on it.You know good and damned well that there is no correlation between booing and a team's success rate.
Ole said: "This crowd should never stop believing in these players.
"You do hear a little bit of grumbling. I've been here at this club for 18 years, more or less — and it hasn't happened often. They know they're better than that."
Carragher said: "I thought it was a strange interview that. The comment he made about the fans was a silly thing to say.
"It was a really silly thing to say the supporters should know better when they played such a huge part in winning them the game.
"Man United, coming in at half-time 2-0 down to Atalanta and I don't think they were that poor - but you're going to get grumblings, people who are unhappy.
"It's not just that game, it's a poor run of games and the performance they had at Leicester City. When that ground is rocking, it's difficult to stop.
"The supporters are as important as Cristiano Ronaldo and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, or the changes he made."
Ole literally said the singing section were incredible and a big reason we won…are we just bashing him for anything now?
The singing section, the top reds who sings his name? yes, the same who sang Jose's name until the last day for him at the club. That section does not represent the the entire stadium nor the fan base. He should choose his words carefully and never ever take a shot at the fans because they are the soul of this football club. It was not just grumbling, it was clear BOOS from the entire stadium that I witnessed only once (Fellaini).Ole literally said the singing section were incredible and a big reason we won…are we just bashing him for anything now?
Those fans might travel thousands of miles and spend on one match what a "stretty" pay an entire season.yeah I go to about half the home games in a season and I also get swept up in the emotion. I also love ole. Ole out has never come out my mouth but.. there are many questions marks over him.. more than ever.
BUT .. the ole outters are still ole outters. It’s a fact the stretty end are a different kind of loyal to the Twitter follower/armchair fans. They will stick with him until he’s sacked. They will cheer his name until the final second.
the fans who get the occasional ticket here and there for a champions league/cup game.. are more than likely the ones who boo.
Moyes literally had the grim reaper sitting behind him in Old Trafford.

Who thinks booing your own players is ever acceptable? Surely nobody?
Not a particularly good look but understandable at times and looked to have an effect against Atalanta don’t you think.
Disagree there. A fan who has spent his/her money to buy a ticket can boo anyone he/she wants. As long as it is not abuse, it is fine according to me. And this saying go and support someone else !! Just because people express their unhappiness by booing doesn’t make them any less of a fan. Infact it shows that they care. Again I don’t condone abuse, but booing is fine.Nope. Never understandable or justifiable.
And I very much doubt it has a positive effect ever. It just makes your club's fans cnuts who should feck off and support someone else.
