Was forced to see this today as part of my college class, in 3D aswell so was forced to pay £6.50 to see a film I didnt want to see that much.

Still, it was alright, definately not worth the extra money for the 3D...not that it was bad 3D, heck it was some of the finest 3D work ive seen in a film but I dunno....just seems abit pointless for an animated movie to be in 3D.

The bad guy reminded me of Freddie Fontaine from Bioshock which was cool.

But yeah, average film, id have much rather us have seen Toy Story in 3D

Pixar movies are always great watch. Been looking forward to this I saw Up last night was very good not as good as other Pixar but still very good better then most animated movies. But yeah I don't get 3D I saw Coraline in 3D nothing great waste of a few quid more.

What lesson at college requires you to go to the cinema and watch 3D films?

I got a B in my A-Level Media Studies  Not done much with it since, mind.

Media's a piss in the park. Got a D in the CSWK last year, and an A in the exam.

I did a Media 2 day media course at the National Photography (now Media) Museum in Bradford once.

The most depressing disney film I have seen since the first 20/30 mins of Lion King. Seen it in 3D though, which was quite cool - the only reason I actually bothered to watch it.

Can't wait til more films are in 3D - its the future of cinema.

Yeah well, if its done properly to the right film, its the only thing that drags you from the comfort of your own home to the cinema at the moment. Its worth paying extra for. (that was my point)

I agree with the bit in bold, but for me the 3D in this wasnt realy nessesary, just a little extra certainly didnt add anything to it for me, would have been just as happy seeing it in 2D

its films like Avatar that would make me pay extra to see in 3D

Definitely depressing. I came out of the cinema on the brink of a midlife crisis!
