AS Roma Practically close Iturbe for near to 30 million euros.

From where are they getting this money ?

They recently sold Marquinhos and Lamela for big money. Benatia could also be sold this season.

£150k net? Isn't the tax rate 50% in England? That's £300k per week, that's an obscene amount of money.

Before this becomes a myth, there is no way we are paying Vidal 300k.

There's no chance we're paying him £300k. Rooney isn't even on a flat £300k p/w structure.

Conte quitting now has really screwed them. A few weeks back and they'd have had Prandelli.

Even if Vidal leaves, Juventus still got an amazing Pirlo, Pogba, Marchisio and, if Evra joins then, Asamoah whose a natural midfielder.

Then I think he will push for a move if Juventus are reluctant.

I think he wanted a move regardless. He knows he has basically done all he can at Juventus. He knows Manchester United are a bigger club and he can become a bigger player here. He does seem passionate about Juventus though, so I don't know if he will push for a move.

Really have a soft spot for Roma, I just really love their team, maybe it's because of Ljaijic, it's the same soft spot I have for Livingston too, will never understand it but I love it when they win.

Wow, in the space of a few hours that change of manager makes Juve a much less atteactive prospect for a top talent like Vidal. Not only is Allegri not a great manager, he's the kind of yes-man you take on because he'll not complain when there's no money or his players get sold from under him.

Good news all round.

So Juve fans probably started out the day hoping they'd wrap up a few transfers and instead they've lost their hero manager, probably lost at least one of their best players and look like appointing a company man they seem to despise? Yikes.

And from that day on, forever and ever, it was to be known as Black Tuesday.

Their main target (Iturbe) is also all but confirmed to join Roma too. It's not good at all, is it?

Ouch, didn't know that. That must hurt after already missing out on Sanchez. It's like they've been given a nasty little taste of our last summer.
