From saying he's a target, to one of the many on our radar to not a target at all? How is that not a contradiction?

He didn't say he's not a target, just that there's been no contact & he didn't say there was contact in the first two, just that he was on our radar.

Maybe we're burning out the rats.

Woody feeds false information to United staff one at a time, and see if the story pops up in a tabloid or a journo's twitter account an hour later.
Woody was a mob boss in a previous life.

Must be something in the water in Blackpool that causes business owners to go mental and ruin the place.

TVR were a similar mess for ages before they went.

Didn't say he's not a target, the opposite, in fact. Just re read what he said. No contact.

I'll state it again. At no point has Jackson said that their were negotiations happening. All he says is that Vidal is on our radar and today says there have been no negotiations as of yet.

Woody's a game of thrones fan?

Yeah I'm getting confused with what he said and David McDonnell said. Too much muppetry for one day I think.

What would happen if they can't get together a squad of decent size by next month?

No idea. They're in a mess. One game last season under Ince, they had a couple of players playing for the Youth team on a Saturday morning, then going straight over to the ground to be on the bench for the first team the same afternoon.

It's the old canary trap. Give out different information to different people to see who the leak is.

I think that's exactly it.

Conte says it might be difficult to keep winning at Juventus; who the feck is supposed to challenge them? Roma? They had a good run, but once they started to get injured players they crumbled. AC Milan are way off, same with Inter, Lazio and Parma. Fiorentina could be the darkhorse, but, to say itll be tougher to keep winning. He can only be talking about the UEFA CL. I think it's a bad reason to leave.

Or difficult to keep winning because the club wants to sell its best players and Conte was against that.

Looks like time to call it a day, hopefully we will have good news on VAN GAAL DAY!

Napoli ?

Roma can challenge actually if Juventus sell few players and not reinvest properly.

Let's throw another theory on the fire whilst it's burning. Perhaps we have pulled out of the Vidal deal thus meaning there are no funds for Conte to strengthen with. Perhaps his stance was that Vidal should be sold to gain funds? We pulled out of the deal and Content doe snot have the cash he thought he would to compete in the transfer market.

I highly doubt it. That didn't stop us signing Mata and Chelsea are far more of a direct threat.

TUTTO sport and GDS reported at end of last season (before world cup) that conte wanted all of the important players to stay plus sign a player like sanchez/di maria/cuadrado. He only stayed as he was promised the same. Now juve could not sign any of his targets and may end up loosing vidal too. Your theory is just too flawed.

He's retweeted Discomirror's too. Despite all the anger, it's fair to say that these guys are not making up bollocks and therefore shit journalists but we're keeping a much tighter ship and leaking what we want as opposed to almost everything under Moyes.

Nothing new though as such. We're not giving anything away to the press whatsoever. The leaks are a thing of the past.
That's what I believe as well. Almost nobody predicted the Ander Herrera transfer. Seems like LvG has told Woody to do business quietly.

Ducker, Jackson, whoever the mug is who writes for the mirror... BORE OFF.

Now cafe back to what we do best. COCKS OUT

Ducker isn't reliable at all these days, he didn't even know Herrera was happening until he was holding our kit next to Sir Bobby.

Ducker taking the clever way out retweeting others.

Seems he might know this is a motivated brief but is just putting it out that what he has been told without putting himself on the line.
