just been watching top gear which as usual was excellent with the three of them working brilliantly with each other.
however i think if they had to lose one, they could stand to lose the hamster.
or am i totally wrong, as usual?
 
clarkson makes the show

he writes it ffs, if he left the whole thing would be shit, he can be an arse sometimes but he is funny
 
Clarkson is Top gear, without him the show would cease to exist. The other two are expendable.
 
I love it as it is but Hammond is probably the most expendable. As much as I love May, Clarkson IS Top Gear so Clarkson > May > Hammond. I like Hammond though, brings a nice balance between Poweeeeeeeeer and Captain Slow. Can't wait for the new series now.

Jeremy Clarkson has claimed that his Top Gear co-star The Stig will finally be unmasked in tonight's episode.

The identity of the test driver, who wears a white racing suit and white crash helmet, has remained a mystery for years, prompting several theories about who is really under the mask.

Writing in The Sun, host Clarkson said: "Stig barges into the studio and in an atmosphere that you could cut with a knife removes his helmet.

"Hardened, emotionless camera crews said the hair on the back of their neck prickled. As a television moment, it's up there with Neil Armstrong walking on the... corpse of J.R. Ewing."

Reports had previously suggested that The Stig was actually portrayed by four different individuals, while others have claimed that he is a Norwegian or French racing driver.

Last year, the query 'Who is The Stig?' was revealed to be one of the most frequently searched questions on the internet.

Yeah apparently the identity has already been leaked by The Stig himself so they're not going to be able to keep it secret anyways. I still wouldn't put it past them to pull a helmet under the helmet type prank though, but I would certainly expect this Stig to get killed off tonight.

yeah i posted the article earlier where he was outed apparently...

hope they dont kill him off (thugh apparently thats why they killed the old one off)... but it kinda makes all the old lap times irrelevant as if something is 0.2 of a second faster you dont know if its the car or the driver
 
In the preview for the season at the start the this show they showed someone carrying a coffin so I guess the stig gets killed of for a new one.
