This Is It

just got back from seeing it, bittersweet as I was in awe at his ability but sad that I had missed out and had to get a refund for what woulda been an unforgettable show at the O2 :(

As long as you enjoyed it man, thats the main thing & atleast someone had the brains to record the rehearsals etc.. and a film could be made & made pretty quickly it has to be said

Still though - he's some selfish bastard for dying and all eh? :nono:

Saw it today, it was a good watch, not worth the £6.50 I paid for it though, its something i'd expect to see on C4.

Still it was a nice watch, the man was a genius. Imagine how amazing that Smooth Criminal thing would have been live!

Completely disagree on that aspect.

The show would have been immense and the best way to emphasise that point is to show it on a big screen, so you get a kind of feel for it. Seems a silly thing and maybe i've not explained it well but i think if you watched it on the tv it would be diluted and not have the same impact.

Seeing Thriller & Smooth criminal on the big screen was really, really good.

Maybe it depends on how big a fan of him you are, but for me I dont think it would have felt any different on a normal tv.

Saw this tonight, I was really impressed by it all and have no doubts it would have been one of the greatest concerts of all time. He still had it even at fifty, which in itself is incredible. The moves, the voice, the charisma; it was all there, it's a shame the world will never see it.

Thing is, this was only the rehersals, can you imagine how much better it would have been when the O2 was rammed with Jackson fans, the adrenaline was rushing through his veins and he was giving it his all? It would have been spectacular.

Brilliant watch, what a shame he didn't get a chance to perform live. The show looked spectacular, I was going to see him on the night before my birthday and everything :(

Watched it the other night and must admit it would've been one of the greatest concerts of all time, MJ looked good but at times he looked so frail.
