The Taking of Pelham 123

James Gandolfini is in it though, from the trailers it does look quite shite.

I going to see it twice, just because of your boycott even if it is total shit. Take that!

I think Denzel seems like a nice guy, Travolta is a bit crazy but credit where credit is due with how he resurrected his career. Gandolfini is God

Just got back from seeing this.

It was alright. The pace was good, starting slow and getting faster, but there were far too many stupid coincidences. I won't list them here, because it would ruin it for anyone going to see it, but if you watch things as a cynic like I do then there's so many little (and a few big) things that'll just piss you off.

Washington and Travolta played their parts well, I have to admit. Even if John Travolta did sound utterly unconvincing everytime he forced out the word "motherfecker". You're not Samuel L. Jackson, matey.

One of my favourite films has been remade with two of the most annoying actors of all time.

I'm starting the boycott now.

I know what you mean.

Earlier this year they remade one of my all-time fav films "The Day the Earth Stood Still" and it was a disaster.

How can you replace Michael Rennie with Keanu Reeves?

Agreed

Too many 'little' things pissed me off, but in saying that Travolta and Washingtion were good.

It's not a film i'd advise staing away from, but not a great either - just a good film.

I thought it was ok, looking past Travoltas 'mothafecka'...didn't work John, didn't work.

you guys act as if it was his decision to say it. They have to read scripts you know
