They have given some low scores to some Sony published exclusives. I can see this game getting all sorts between 6/10s and 10/10s, it's got too much baggage.

That leaking blood thing just doesn't look right. Its a bit over-dramatic. Like doom all over again.

You mean when you are shot? I think that's there because there to tell you how badly you have been hurt (there are no health bars), then the whole screen starts to go grey the more hurt you are.

Have to say, this game looks - and sounds - mint.

I never played the first Killzone. Was it any good?

I may even read a little bit on the story line for this game - it looks the biz!

The general consensus is that Killzone was a decent enough game but frought with technical problems, and that Killzone Liberation (the PSP title) is a good game.

I remember the hype surrounding the first killzone, game was near unplayable though when it was released. Glad they carried the franchise on though, has a great setting and would be a shame if it's potential wasn't fulfilled

Yes, and the stupidity is already happening. IGN UK gave GTAIV 10 for graphics, yet has given Killzone 2 a 9.5 for graphics. In terms of graphics they are both on different planets! Thankfully for them it wasn't the same reviewer.

Nah, I think that it sells itself enough.

i think my only concern is the controller, could never get used to it for Resistance, the DS3 triggers piss me off

Well, they are not really triggers. Think of them more like accelerator and clutch pedals.
