The Apprentice

Gotta say, thought that was a cop out. Dual was a far better product, wouldn't have taken much to downsize the idea, but the IDEA was far, far better than the other concept.

Lee did deserve it however on the entire experience.

It's not that though, they just completely ignored the cost side of things, therefore their product was always going to be better.

Glad to see that smug face wiped off of Alex though, right cnut he was.

All products get price changes though. It wasn't like their product was shit and uninspired. I always prefer to go for the idea men myself. Unique ideas sell.

If there were no strings attached, no questions asked, Dual may have been the better product on the day, however Alex and Helene were IMHO no way the best two candidates out of the four.

They in particular today benefited from the help of others to attain what they did.

Profit margins matter a lot to companies, that and for Alex's lack of costing analysis really showed him up today i thought.

Helene was once again a cow during the task, and when it went wrong - it wasn't me.

I'd buy Dual! That bottle design was cracking

HOWEVER Alex in the board room gave the credit to the designer instead of seizing it for himself. Worse, this is a business task. To not even take into account cost margins and the like, which evidently was of importance as the smell had to retail for just under £30... that's a massive error

I thought he'd go for Claire or Alex, but I'm delighted Lee won, he was my favourite of the lot. Has charisma and charm, and isn't a pain in the backside. You wouldn't mind being his mate, and you damn well know if he tried to sell you something, you'd end up buying it

Feel a little sorry for Helene, anyone who watched 'You're Fired', the way Lucinda acted like a cow in the audience. I'd have fecking told Lucinda to belt up too the way she was acting in several of the tasks when she wasn't leader
