It's strange he's saying Juventus are confident of selling Pogba, rather than United are confident of signing him. But whatever, all amounts to the same thing I guess.

Must be like the contracts in FM. Player signs for a club with a clause in the contract that the agent must be paid 20% of the transfer fee. So the buying club pays the full amount 100m, but the selling club is obliged to give 20% (20m) to the agent.
 
Surely Costa is off if we're after Lukaku. It's the only scenario in which I can see us being willing to sell him. They can't play together in my opinion.

It's not an agent fee. When Pogba signed for Juve, he(Raiola) made a clause in his contract that he would get 20% of any future transfer.
