Well for chances to win CL then I rate us 6th.

City first, Chelsea second, Liverpool third, PSG 4th, Bayern 5th. Then it is us or Ajax. Real too, but they are struggling vs PSG so our odds to win are better.

PL sides are the strongest. We are the weakest PL side, but still top 8 in europe. We have actually started playing slightly better recently, but not tested vs top sides.

Indeed. It is strictly a true statement. Europe is by far the strongest region in world football at club level. The English league is currently the top league in Europe. We finished second in that league last year and are currently 4th in it. We are in the last 16 of the elite European club competition. If you were to rank all the professional sides in the world, we'd be near the very top.

You're not top 8 in Europe, until further notice. But arguably just about top 10, which means, yes, one of the best teams in the world.
 
To be fair the top 4 from England would all be among the favourites for the CL every season - it's not that giant a leap of logic... if we play to our potential.

Unfortunate but true. We have shown over the last 9 years that we can't compete with even the above average teams in Europe, let alone the top teams.

It seems to me that its got to a point that the teams developed a mentality block, lets be honest this teams level is Europa League.
