The movie.

Just watched this today, and it was one of the best movies I have seen in a long long time. I was trying to anticipate what the Will Smith was doing, but just couldn't until the final scenes of the movie, after which I got a feeling of 'shit, how could I have not thought of that'? This movie literally captures your attention from start to end, unlike most films where you can guess what was going to happen. A brilliant piece of storytelling and a marvellous performance by Will Smith makes this a must watch.

What say you?

Totally agree, one of the best movies of the year and a total shock that it didn't get nominated for an Academy Award. If you liked Seven Pounds you should also check out Hancock, again Will Smith plays an over the top grade A prick and it's a hilarious movie. Maybe a bit lesser on the storytelling aspect but when you've got Will Smith the movie automatically=success.

It's a fecking dire, depressing pile of bollocks.

Eye surgery? fecking eye replacement surgery? feck off.

Wasn't a great film, but I thought Will Smith and Rosario Dawson were great in it. Pity their work was ruined by a bizarre story that didn't really made sense.

It was decent thought it was gonna be better after hearing some people blabber about it the same way you just have.

It was one of the worst movies I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. Knew what was happening after 30 min. Predictable, pretentious, pointless film. Also Will Smith is a terrible actor.
