One for Niall I guess, so maybe I should use a ouijja board but...

Would it be possible to create a "Safe for Work" copy of the site - essentially the caf, but without all the red and with a different logo at the top - "IT Resource Forum" or something?
Ideally a new domain name, eg www.itresourceforum.com would be great to get past snooping network admins, firewalls etc too (if you block bots, I'm presuming you can keep off the main web filter companies' lists for a while?) - I'm sure there are enough of us who would use it to have a whip around for the extra tenner a year. But otherwise, a less visually obvious subdomain would be a great start.

Any possibility?

Cunningly enough most freely available proxies are barred... andI don't know of any that would change the banner and colour scheme.

I think there's a firefox plugin that allows you to have any colour scheme you want. And you can block the banner using ad block plus.
