The club is taking the piss out of the fans, we shouldn't be taking the toll for the Glazers mismanagement.
I think you just stated the point, we have spent over 600m since Ten Hag came in and have wasted it and created a worse squad than he inherited.
We were also bottom half of the table when Ten Hag was sacked and he created this squad, I have faith in Amorim, their is definite room for criticism in the way we play and some tactical decisions. That being said doesn't mean he should chuck out his principles for these players, they have shown for an extended period they are clearly not good enough, there needs to be a compromise to get results.
The result last night has put the relegation story to bed, performance was bright in patches with the usual defensive mistakes, the 3 points was more important than anything, this is where we are atm.
The only proper transfer window the current Sporting board have had was the January one, no ETH influence, they loaned out multiple players deemed surplus to requirements, signed a potential in Leon and a starting LWB who looks like he can handle the physicality and perform in the PL in his short spell so far, had a wobble last night but all young players will.
Am I confident we are going to suddenly turn this around no, but I have more faith in these than I have at any other point since Sir Alex left.
