You guys can repeat this nonsense as often as you like, it's not going to get any truer. His actual role is - interim manager. I.e., manage the team as successfully as possible for a short period of time until the proper guy comes in and does his thing.
After that, he'll be out and get paid a bit for some powerpoint presentations and zoom calls, to make up for leaving his 3 year deal in Moscow for a 6 months stint.
And in this actual role, he's flopped rather badly. Even I, who am clearly not his biggest fan, thought he'd do better than this.

There will be no "upcoming purge" on top of the fact that something like 5 players are out of contract and leaving on a free anyway, requiring the club to sign replacements for those already. That's why his comments are so banal.
