Press conference vs Villareal at home

That would be brilliant! Villareal are like our european Wolves - the games are always tight and often end in draws - I hope we break the cycle this time!

We've played 5 against them and all but one (the EL final 1-1) ended in scoreless draws.

Blaming the refs recently was pretty embarrassing. Same way I'd laugh at Klopp for blaming the wind.
Legit ignores questions about modern football and instead just harps on passion

I don't care that he backs his players in press conferences but I do wish he would hold them accountable for their mistakes that cost us games. Example he could say anything he wants about Fred being important, but his awful play should have him benched for a game or two. Show the players there are standards.
Ha! I was all for benching Fred and was not at all pleased seeing him start against Villa, but thought that on the day he was one of our better players. That’s football…

Are Villareal missing anyone for tonights game?I heard maybe Moreno and Foyth could be out?

Fully expecting us to play a 5-3-2 given both Shaw, AwB are out. Telles and Dalot are lightweights defensively, so we need the three at the back. Think it'll be a pretty tight game esp if we start McFred as the two CMs.

Bailly could be quite good in the Rudiger role though, so let's see.

We have lost to one Villa. Lets see if we can beat the real one.

I think Villarreal win it 2-1 piling further pressure on Ole. If that happens then we can say hi to Europa again.

Donny just needs to start passing the ball straight to the opposition in dangerous areas more often & then running after them like a headless chicken to show he also has energy and desire.

Let's be honest, he's not going to throw his players under the bus by saying that in public. At least what he was quoted there can have positive meaning to other players if they want to play for regular spot.
