I tend to agree. I only discovered him during the Ronaldo (1 day) saga and his name seemed familar, but I couldn't understand the appeal.
As you said, these channels consist of regular fans giving you their opinions. I'm not entirely sure why it's worth subscribing to them, but I'm guessing he's a proxy for the average United fan and that people want to hear more about the general consensus of United fans think that Goldbridge represents the prevailing views of most fans.

I first saw his videos when the super league was announced. He was incredibly passionate about how outrageous it was and rambled on furiously at length about how we as fans 'should never let this go, no matter what happens'. He then promptly did exactly what he was urging everyone else not to do. He must have some appeal given his listener numbers, but I don't get it. He's not connected to the club. Its just one guys opinion. Very odd to me that this kind of thing would gain any popularity.

Following up from my successful thread from the Leeds game earlier in the season.
Embarrassing thread, really.
And ironically it has served as a jinx thread. We lost 2 matches we played ever since this thread was created.

I hate the phrase guilty pleasure, but those videos... It's worth waiting for the unironic Partridge comments, and watching him contradict himself so regularly.

The seals lapping it up are pretty disturbing. At this point that whole community things Van De Beek is the second coming of Kaka and Carrick rolled into one, and being denied his god-given opportunity.

Wummi, it's time to make a new thread. Enlighten us on how good we played this time and Ole's tactical masterclass against Aston Villa. I'm waiting.

Wait until we trash some bottom table team. Then he will come back

Still waiting on the "posts actually made on a day we lost 0-1 at home against aston villa with bruno missing a last minute penalty" thread with all the quotes saying some variation of "we'll win this" in the matchday thread so that I can laugh at all the optimists that thought we were gonna win this game.

Didn't wumminator make these exact same type of threads during the Moyes season, constantly criticising anyone who didn't think he was the right man for the job either
