Pogba tbf to him has had injury issues and this is the main reason with his attitude we shouldn’t sign him. He’s been a hell of a lot better than most of our players in his time here otherwise.

'Interesting' might be an insensitive way to describe the situation, but it is peculiar to see what happens with Pogba now. Presumably he'd be looking for a new agent, but wondering if he feels compelled to stay given his even more uncertain situation.

At a guess, he'll sign up with a big, established agency and ask them to assist him with the move - he's out of contract in two months' time and will already be quite far down the road in terms of contract discussions etc with at least one or two clubs.

I don't think they'll be 'free' necessarily. With those players you're looking at collectively maybe up to £100million in agent/sign on fees, and around £1.2-1.5million in weekly wages.

I think part of it is just a perfect storm of the fans generally having had enough with the club at the moment but Pogba doesn't have the self awareness to wonder why they are booing him. The epitome of the modern player who cares less about their job than they do the lifestyle that comes with it.
When so much of your value comes from your non-football related activities its not hard to see why so many players struggle with mentality issues. Rashford is another prime example.
Its honestly impressive that as many younger players keep their heads down considering what they get at such a young age. As the slightest hint of a future star the media go nuts. He was instrumental in one of the few post-SAF trophies we have won. It's a low bar, and it may be time he moves on, but he didn't do nothing for the club as some have suggested.
