Saturday Night Spies
Dalot looks promising, he’s only 19.I cannot wait for next season if the board back's Ole and we get all our muppet signings! If we get something similar to Dalot and Fred again I will probably kill myself instead.

I am on board the Solskjær hype train.
Dalot looks promising, he’s only 19.
Me too.
Took me a few games but now I'm full on the bandwagon. Full steam ahead boys!
I've also been caught singing the chant for no reason... and find myself screaming it loud on the drive to work at 7 am. Just buzzing.
We dont see it at any club, that's a fact. Pool had Dalglish, a former player as manager, Madrid had Zizou ,Pep and Barca and many more but never did you see these guys literally behave like fans. These guys are literally behaving like some passionate football fan but making all the right decisionscome on now
I've been caught singing the chant at work and my boss and colleagues have given me 'WTF looks'I've also been caught singing the chant for no reason... and find myself screaming it loud on the drive to work at 7 am. Just buzzing.
I know I’m tooting my own horn but just read through this thread:

Imagine Moyes never came. To be fair there is not much benefit in imagining hypothetical scenarios.Imagine the board had the balls to sack Mourinho after the Newcastle home game and we got him in then.
It's not meant to intimidate the opposition, it's meant to inspire our own team. Who cares how the other team feel? If we play to our level, we'll beat them. Something Moyes and Mourinho failed to realise.I hate to be a buzzkill here but I really don't think the chant is intimidating enough. Yes it's fun to hear but I think we could be a lot more intimidating to the opposition fans if we put the same energy into a chant that's a bit more intense.
Nice, congrats, well done.I know I’m tooting my own horn but just read through this thread:

Wonder who was he thinking of?Hire a manager that honours our traditions.
just read through all of that, you were right and have been right when it came to Jose. I was a big fan of his and wanted him here but so glad he's gone now and we have our club back . Ole is one of our own and he gets us more than anyone ever couldI know I’m tooting my own horn but just read through this thread:

Paul, did you read all of Wumminators predictions?? Maybe you're rightNothing wrong with tooting your own horn on this one!
Wait a minute......Ole, is that you?
I would love to see us really back Ole in the transfer window this summer and for him and the club to make a few real Manchester United signings.
I’d bring some top British talent in, as that’s what we have always been associated with, so I’d go for Sancho (should be our top priority), Harry Maguire and Wan-Bissaka, then I’d look at bringing in Joao Felix for the attack. They are all young, exciting, prospects that would fit in well with our current group. It’s also vital that we keep hold of Herrera, De Gea and Pereira.
I’d look to ditch Sanchez if possible, Rojo, Valencia, Jones (yes I know he signed a new deal), McTominay (loan) and maybe a few loans to the youngsters to free up the space. I’d like to keep Mata because he does have experience and I think in his best position (no.10) he is still good and if signing him for another 1+1 deal means we’ll keep De Gea and Herrera then so be it.
Ole deserves the best and I hope he gets it. I’m worried that because he’s doing so well with our current squad that the board will see that as a sing we don’t need to spend.
What has really impressed me is the fact that he believed in the players. With Moyes and Mourinho they wanted different players. With Van Gaal they had to learn his philosophy.
I remember watching a documentary about Ferguson and he was asked what he did when top players were injured or suspended. Ferguson said he never worried. He simply turned to players that were available and believed in them. Ole seems to be similar.
I agree with that, his performances currently aren’t great, however I think there’s a real player there, he just needs a better team. Also, if we do want to go for him, now is the time as his stock will be lower than it was after the WC.He has been absolutely terrible the last couple of games. A nerve-wreck of a player. Even today Leicester played with 3 at the back, probably to help out with all the goals going in because of a terrible-performing Maguire. Nothing exciting about him at all right now.
Fred is doing his bit for the song his “half assist “ yesterday won us the game ,now it’s Alexis that is the problem
Feck, I believe, or rather I know we're going to knock PSG out after the post match interview of the 1st leg where he said "Mountains are there to be climbed" or something like that in response to the question how tough it would be to progress from here.
Can you even imagine if we had kept Mourinho on til the end of the year? We would be neck deep in misery. *shudders*
