My guess would be his take is that both NATO and Putin are mere puppets controlled by a larger force.

Probably (((globalists))).

"Liz Truss will later today reveal her campaign slogan as she attempts to woo Conservative Party members.

The BBC has learnt that a battle bus bearing the slogan "Truss The Process" has been commissioned and is set to start touring Tory strongholds in England and Wales. The campaign will be documented by an Amazon film crew for their new feature documentary "All or Nothing: Liz Truss" set to air in late 2023."

Has she googled what "to truss" means as a verb? I feel like maybe no...

Demented woman grins inanely as she visits charity in Peterborough this afternoon, whilst performing her duties as Foreign Secretary.

Edit: Staff look on perplexed as future Prime Minister completely loses the plot. Child wants to be somewhere else.

I don’t believe @Striker10 would fall for such hack rubbish as this. The man is far more creative!

But no seriously your most likely correct.
I was 17 when I played MGS2 and I got completely lost when they started talking about the Patriots. Raiden also sucked.
I remember watching a mate finish the game with the sword fight against the president and feeling very confused. I’ve tried to go back to it but there’s just way too many cutscenes and codec calls. Plus agree that Raiden is god awful. Apparently the point of the character is to show that if someone as lame and stupid as him can become a legend than really it’s a meaningless term. Which is a cool idea on paper but sucks to play for 13 hours.

Still the intro and tanker level are still insanely good.

Considering I'd trust a piece of fecking steel truss to tell the truth more than Liz Truss I'm guessing they're looking at the contenders from behind their curtain blinds with the phone in their hand ready to call the police about "suspicious individuals in the area."

"Hi officer. I was wanking off my dog when I spotted a Taliban walking down the road..."

I'm not sure she hasn't fecked it up though. Her spend more cut/taxes plan will see inflation roar, and the thing about tory members is that they're old, they remember inflation, and the fear of it never quite goes away. Might be hard for younger folk to understand, but their member's fear of inflation might just trump their love of not paying taxes.

Whilst it’s a valid point, if this line of thought was a difference maker we would already be seeing it in the polling.

I think ultimately who wins comes down to something far more simpler, being what narrative the media create and how much trust they gain as individuals and how they connect with party members. For some, the vote is a well thought out conclusion on what’s best for them alongside what ethos they believe in. For many, though, it’s far less thought out and very much based on the narrative they hear and the effectivity of quick sound bites resonating with them.

Actually my first thought was that the tory members would vote for whoever the Mail, Telegraph and Times want to win, they will slag off whoever they oppose relentlessly.

I think Tories always end up going with the most competent option when it comes down to it so I think Sunak will get it

Mogg Chancellor, ERG's wet dream
Priti Disgusting staying on as Home
Mordaunt or Badenoch Deputy
Braverman something in justice, she's AG, right?
Tugboat in whatever media facing role.

Edit: or, Priti back (channels) into Foreign and BadEnoch into Home

I was incidentally asked to have a look at the latest TV debate for a small Italian news outlet. Knowing one thing or two about idiots pretending to be statemen and spouting c*ap, I have to say that imho the only person remotely aware of the magnitude of the issues and the task ahead is Sunak.

Truss vs Meloni (our own far-right dumwit going to win our 25/9 general election and become the next Italian PM) is going to be a classic, the well-disguised sisterhood for a common, minionic, nuklear Dystopianistan against Mad Vlad’s baddies.

I read a comment on twitter that described Truss as looking like someone who has accidently eaten an edible before an important work meeting and desperately trying to get through it.

I think it's a perfect description of her.

Chancellor Mogg would whip the country’s finances into shape real good

I was quite open to the idea of Truss PM, cos it'll be a hilarious year or so... But Mogg will be Chancellor won't he... Oh lordi.

This isn't the traditional Tory party though, most of those with competence were purged when Boris took power, this is the Brexit party.

If had to choose a leader between Boris, Lizzie, Rishi, and Keir I'd reluctantly with a heavy heart choose Boris. I am positive this forum has better candidates than those three being imposed on us.

You’d choose Johnson over someone whose party has never even had the chance to be in power?

Labour without Keir would be an ideal scenario. He's ideally suited for Madame Tussauds (characterless) and also too right-wing for my liking. :D

That's surprising!

Although I expect Keir would be the most authoritarian of those choices, domestically. Which is sad to say.

Boris is literally a criminal, why would ANYONE wish to have a criminal in power??

But you said you'd pick Johnson over Starmer? I'm very confused.
Reading back to the post that came out wrong.

With a choice purely between Truss, Sunak, and BoJo in the Conservative party. I would take the best of the worst. If Startmer remains the leader I will not vote for Labour for only the 3rd occasion in my life.
