I think Liz is in the same category. Like Johnson, she actually seems to get increasingly amused the more serious a situation is.

Secondly, the PM should always be the person who is most suited and most capable for the role of PM.
Be that female or male.

It shouldn't be of consequence, but that would imply that Labour haven't ever had a woman in the ranks who is most suited and capable to be PM. I'm not sure that's true.
