While he was totally in the wrong, and acted like a cock, Kanye is a...complex fella.
He thought Beyonce's video was one of the best of all time, and he saw it fit to act a Ihni binni dimi diniwiny anitaime, and say so.
Just like he thought he had a much better video than Justice's back when he first crashed the stage.
If you take some time to try to "understand" him, you'll see that it's not about being in the spotlight and stuff like that. It's just about his opinions. He's a bit like an extreme Mourinho and in fairness to him, he's usually right when he's ranting about something.
I've seen him accept awards and basically just saying that he doesn't think he deserves to win it, and that him/her/they who were nominated should've won it instead...
