Manchester United vs Atletico Madrid | Build-up Thread | Return leg: March 15

We should offer them Bruno in a swap deal with Felix coming the other way. we'll be a much better team immediately.

That guy is begging to be unleashed but is stuck playing for Satan. It's a pity.
Get rid of Bruno??? Wow, I know he is out of form but there are many, many others to be shown the doors before him.

Yes I would in fact. He isnt good enough for the level we need to go to and is a asset that will attract buyers, especially from Spain and Italy.

We need to keep the ball better if we are to win, they work really hard off the Ball, if we can work it from side to side at a good tempo into the final third i expect CR7 to score a couple.

A very good tie and I expect us to knock them out. We are very likely to sign a midfielder come January and get more familiar with the style that RR wants us to play in. Bring it on.

But yet Felix who hasn’t shown nothing is the one to take us to another level? Can’t even take his team to another level and before you come up with crap like Simeone is defensive, many attacking players have shone playing for him.

Jesus their jammy and annoying

Seem to be pretty toothless in attack but another can change till February

Won't be easy

Kind of nuts that we haven’t played them since DDG came here. I hate watching them play, they’re truly awful, but I have nothing but respect for Simeone. Expect it to be a dull but incredibly tight affair.

We must beat them. Their name is better than their form this season. They have consistently underperformed this season.

Poor tonight again, I watched it and Sevilla were the better team in my opinion, doesn't mean they can't turn it on but they were poor and it doesn't surprise me they are 5th domestically

They've only won 1 in 6 in the league. Got eliminated from the cup last night. It would be tragic if we're eliminated by such a poor side.

Were also poor. Will be 2 teams believing that anything can happen in a cup competition

We have a chance. Not sure what is happening to the La Liga champs. They are so underwhelming this season.

It will be interesting to see if Pogba magically becomes fit just in time for the CL tie.

We're at least winning games every now and then. Performances are improving. They are going in the opposite direction. In trouble again tonight.

On course for another nice little loss. Watching them a couple of times since the draw and they seem to be really bad nowadays.
Oblak can't seem to save anything this season.

I don't think I'll be able to cope if we lose to this shower of shite. I mean we're not exactly amazing either but they are really bad this season.

I get that people are passionate about football and you want that in the game, but Simeone really manages to take the emotional drama too far. Such an annoying man.

I really hope we turn up against this lot.

This will be really tough. Atletico are a lot street smarter than us.

Simeone can feck off. We've got the GOAT and certified Atletico killer.

Cliques in the dressing room have surfaced since Griezmann arrived. Suarez and Griezmann are at odds, Felix and some of the Portuguese speaking contigent have formed a group, Whilst Oblak, Savic, Vrsajko are in one clique and the players have a disliking of one another. Similar scenes to united I guess.

The Manager isn't the problem, it's the players that hate each other...Again similar to United. Which like us, makes Atletico incredibly difficult to predict come the CL match.

Will we get a United side showing the world that champions of Spain mean business ot the side that plays like a shadow of their former self's?

This aged so damn well. Still, expect us to knock them out.

Well the team that has beaten atletico in the last 8 years of the competition has gone on to win the whole thing on more occasions than not so there is that.
