Football Manager 2009 Network Game

My brother was playing online PS3 last night Sol and was whinging at me for slowing his connection down :lol: There won't be any of that tonight though. If it is still slow tonight then i will upload the save for someone with faster connection to host

Well host said that's because his brother was on COD, so hopefully it was just a one off. It will be impossible to play if its like that every time though

I don't think it's too late. We spent literally 3 hours last night and all we managed to do was get to the bit where we all add ourselves. That was it. We didn't even hit continue once, it was embarrassing. Depends what everyone else says though I guess, there are a fair few people in already.
 
I'll do 6 but I'd prefer 7, due to dinner and stuff.

There's 8 of us already isn't there? And it quite slow, any more could cause serious problems, so I dunno

If all of us were online at the same time it would probably be a bit slow but it's bearable. I doubt there will be many times when everybody is online anyway. I'm going for a run at 6:30 and I will be back later so will play as soon as I get back. Can't wait :D
 
Lads Im just leaving work but i need to get myself some smoke first, won't take more than half hour, so I may not be back til 6:30. I'm really up for this and have selected team 13, don't know who that is yet. Start without me. If I can join around 630 that would be sweet.

Thank you. Although seeing as no one else is here I might go make my dinner. Assuming the mysterious stranger who has been leaving me toothbrushes and odd notes doesn't already have me a three course meal waiting in my kitchen. Maybe if I close my eyes and wish hard enough...

At this rate we might all have played out first friendly by sometime in summer 2011. Of course we can always pass the time by entering into a war of words with Elvis, I've already cast a few stones his way. He didn't respond though, the big ponce, but I reckon if I keep questioning his managerial abilities I will wear down his resolve and get him to respond eventually

He responded to mine :) I should have made 5k offers for each one of his players though, would be funny to get 40+ offers all at once.
 
I nearly got Luis Fabiano for 20k, but the deal broke down.
 
I offered Elvis the chance to be my chief scout.
