9-0 last season, 1-1 this season. How have United changed?

Probably been said but 4 of the last 6 matches have been drawn and the other was an injury time winner after being 0-2 down.

I’d just like to add to that that in the same season you beat us 9-0 in 1995 (I think), we beat you 3-2 at Portman Rd in the reverse fixture. Football is a funny old game.

What's about this team different compared to last season?

I'm just using the two Southampton games are just convenient comparison points because of the huge contrast in the results.

The wider point is about what's going wrong with the club that we used to be getting right. We've gone from breaking records with comeback wins, to losing leads in every single match.
We took every chance.

Today we took one

You don't think United have changed in the last season? I think it's very obvious.

We are still shit.

I dont know what change you want to
Imply, but we imploded under Ole this season, that why he isn't here anymore. What is happening with the players and in the changing room, is anyones guess

Some think it’s Oles fault. Some think we should put Rashford on the bench, rather than play him back in form. Some think it’s all Maguire’s fault. The Glaziers or even some bad mojo. It happens. We are in bad form this season, and there isn’t only one reason as to why. We are in a place where negative energy, lack of cohesion and rhythm hold us back. The answer isn’t throwing it all over board, but to keep going and keep building. It will come if we have a long term plan. We all have gone through Covid, lack of stimulation and quite frankly, it has been hard on anyone. The bubble athlete’s been living in, is something else. We need to keep going together, and not keep building negative energy. It is what it is right now. But it CAN change.

Lots of positives from our first half. And we need building on that.
