We better bring in an attacking player before the transfer closes. We can't afford to roll with Elanga starting and playing 60+ minutes.
You would hope our confidence is starting to build. Southampton beat them.Good week for us but if we play like that v Leicester we will lose.
he usually is but he was very good todayMctominay is atrocious
You were the one who made the allegation. It’s your job to back it up. Present your proof.Prove me wrong.
The back line was great, midfield was once again under pressure and guess who plays there?
McTominay was immense today
How we got three points I have no idea.
Casemiro starting should help. You would hope our confidence is starting to build. Southampton beat them.
Our biggest problem throughout the whole of this match, has been the total inability of our midfield and forwards to win any of the one to one’s and physical tussles.
None of them are capable and as a result Southampton totally dominated, taking the ball off our players throughout the 96 mins, like taking sweets from a baby.
We defended well - for all their possession - DeGea hardly had a save to make
You don’t know football if thats your opinion. You're blind man. There is no way you've properly watched this match.
Mctominay is atrocious
Replace Mctominay with Casemiro and we still have the same issues, Eriksen and Bruno wont control a midfield unless its against really weak opposition. Thats why i said a rethink, we cant play with Eriksen and Bruno in the same line up for me.Maybe Casemiro has been bought as a starter?
Shaw to Malacia
Maguire to Martinez
McFred to Casemiro
Bit by bit, he’s changing it and in terms of ability, tactics and mentality, steadily improving.
Another forward/wide player and we’ll be a much better team.
Thre points
Not for you it seemsIt's easy to understand
I remember a certain Henrikh Mkhitaryan was like that. What a weird player. Shit all game but can come with a moment of magic at any moment.
What are you on about ?Not for you it seems
How can we do that when you have McTom, Elanga and co stinking up the pitch.
He was - but you actually have to understand football to see it
Dunno why you're laughing mctominay was very obviously good today
Absolutely no point arguing with blokes, who either didn't watch the game or watched 1/10th of it , in between refreshing twitter...He was one of the main reasons we kept a clean sheet, great performance.

Lavia looked ok too. And the FB (Gepetto or something)Really impressed by this Southampton-side. That central defender from Germany was superb. No chance they will get relegated
Casemiro has had 2 training sessions and would be breaking up a side that played excellently 5 days ago
He was one of our better players. What an odd time to attempt to gloat. And how did McTominay play today?

Lots of people vote Tory, lots of people are moronsNo gloating, not arsed, chill out. Lots of people calling for him to be hooked at half time.
Because it’s a polite way to say that he’s dreadful in attack. TAA, Hakimi and Cancelo are examples of players who play at a higher level than they would if they played in midfield or attack. Why are people so obsessed with the idea of Elanga at full back. He’d be fecking dreadful there

huh? What, how to be the freshest forward in the pitch against a team going full attack mode, and yet taking all the wrong decissions to not generate a single chance?
Not quite Motm for me, but a good display nonetheless.I agree, Man of the Match for me
