Bruno, Greenwood and Shaw did alright, the rest not so much.
No i was talking about his shooting.
He would have been injured by now and out for the season.. Now we have him for the Europa League push..Can't blame Bruno for that slow motion kick.
He probably had a flashback of his life so far before He hit the ball from when He was born, playing football as a little kid, becoming a sporting CP player, kicking doors, negotiating with Woodward and then scoring for United.We’ve been pretty awful but a flash of quality from Fernandes and we’re in front.

Because people like to one up each other about how vociferous they can be in their dislike of a player. He's been good in this game.
He is poor because of Matic. I don't know if Matic has been instructed to get forward or is doing it on his own. He should not let that space be empty. He should drop deep in front of the CBs and let Fred be the box to box player.
I am really worried about the two CB s and Lindelof doing something stupid.
He's a big part of of the problem were having on attack.
Nobody knows when he's arsed to make a run for the ball and he magically expects the ball at his feet despite him being fully covered. With Rashford making the runs and pulling away multiple defenders away for him, that works. Not the current shit show we have right now.Love me some Tony Martial but someone needs to remind him that he indeed gets paid enough to concentrate in those situation. Might be overthinking it and losing his composureBruno has tried a lot that didnt come off. Until the goal the main thing I would say about him is that he doesnt let something going wrong make him put his head down, or go back into "teamplay" mode where hes just keeping the ball moving. Thats something Andreas does. Bruno is very determined to make something happen and will try and try again regardless of how its going. A good run for James to win the penalty and character to score it.Think Fernandes needs to get closer to the keeper next time he goes down like that 1 on 1
all of our players do it. It’s one of the biggest problems with the team. There was a moment early on when AWB started a run at the half way line, pointed up the pitch for the pass and would be behind the Watford left back. Lindelof, I think, passed it a few yards behind him so AWB has to turn back and any forward momentum was lost. I fully believe it’s why our full backs have been ineffective over the season.Hope we see Second Half FC next half. Apart from the goal, we have been awful.
Some will just moan for the sake of it. He has been very fine apart from his shotNot a penalty for me, Fernandes clearly expected the contact and dived.

I think there are many many fans who can be classed as without superstition who share the opinion that taking penalties with unorthodox runups increases the chances of mishits.
That method of taking a penalty is in my opinion up there with the worst for ensuring a clean contact each time. But it went in...so I'm apparently unable to pass comment.We got the first goal, Lindelof has already had his mandatory feck up without being punished, went in at half-time with a lead. We're winning this.We weren’t great but in control for the most part and could be up 2-0. Greenwood is a bit anonymous today, but he’s young and being played out of position. Been here a couple of weeks and looks a class above. The amount of individual howlers we've made today is unacceptableBit of a odd situation under Ole. He may potentially assemble our best squad since SAF but,in the same time, not being able to fully take advantage of its ability.I don’t think Fred has been poor at all. They are targeting him because Matic is zero threat and if he loses the ball, Fred will be covering. If Fred loses the ball, they can string an attack together much quicker because Matic has no recovery pace. It’s actually decent tactics from Watford.
We should bring McT on for Matic to counter it if he’s fit enough
My stream was still at the point where he skied it.Bruno is a class act. Cheeky penalty as well. Martial has been poor so far. One of him or Greenwood needs to come off for Ighalo.
James has been decent I felt, created some good chances.
Pretty blatant pen. Doesnt matter if he expected the contact, it still came and it's a pen without question.Somewhat poor overall but the run of play favors us. I’m still in disbelief over how far we’ve fallen.
That is a pen 100% of the time thoughJames with the only moment of quality so far in this game.Some shocking passes to heavily marked players. To play it in tight situations like that, the pass has to be accurate, not make your teammates stretch for it.

I saw the penalty awarded, then the celebration. It's uncanny and annoying.Imo - James off, martial out wide ighalo centre forward.....Happy Fernandes scored but what a shit pen
If Foster dives right that's a very easy saveControlling the game. We just need to keep it tight in the middle of park because they got some pacey players.
We also need to cut on risky passing from our defenders to all over the park. Specially between them.
Greenwood looks very rusty, nowhere in offense and defense and I wouldn't be suprised if a change comes soon.
He hasn't people just love to moan. Same as Lindelof and James.
