    Should be game over, we’ve not been good overall though. Fred showing once again if you’re physical with him you can easily bully him. Thank god for Bruno.
     
    The Bruno signing would have been a great addition when we signed Veron, and when we signed Berbatov. He has bucketloads of talent, and he slots straight in our 11 as our best and most important player.

    Bruno is not a nr 10 and we need McT to play behind him so he can go forward
     
    Glad to go in 1 up, hope we can exert more control over the game in the second half.
     
    Absolutely horrendous chance to miss for Bruno there. Even if the ball was a little behind him, just put it lack to Martial for a tap in.
     
    James has been decent as far as chance creation goes. What's with all the hate.

    I swear one, the match day thread is a horrible place to be to gauge how the match is going
     
    Lindelof fecked up his passing twice in the 1st five minutes. Almost smacked Ole with one of his passes.
     
    Not great... Bruno and Shaw our best players and James has also been decent.

    Fred getting caught out a lot, not his best today. Martial and the CBs have been dreadful.
     
    Greenwood has been anonymous today. Not his fault, he is not a winger so shouldnt be playing out wide right!
     
    Bad start for us, but nice to get a goal before half time. Really we should have more than one goal given the shooting opportunities we have created. Hopefully it won't bite us in the ass later.

    Fred and Greenwood have been relatively poor, while Bruno has been good.

    Even I was chanting it at the game against Wolves. Sounded nice in the stadium even if not very creative :lol:
     
    You haven’t been perfect, but clearly you’re the better team, James, Greenwood have been lively, impressed by James, Bruno is outstanding, hope for your sake he can keep it up

    We have 66% posession, 5 shots outside goal, 3 shots outside goal. Watford has 1 on goal, 1 outside goal.

    So very dire right now.
     
    We play ourselves into trouble far too often.
     
    Really poor half. Sloppy from us. We are lucky to be leading. Our shooting has been atrocious. Greenwood anonamious. Fred has been slow and really needs to sort his finishing out. Games not done by a long shot. James needs to be better. Our right hand side is a joke.

    Yet more evidence to support my theory that footballers aren't as good with a football as people make out. Especially ours unfortunately.
     
    Should be the match now as we can sit off and counter them. Thought Watford have been pretty bold. We're lucky Shaw was switched on with the early Deeney chance.
     
    I just think what if we had signed Bruno in the summer instead of relying on Andreas, Lingard and Mata.
     
    If Pog decides to turn up at some point, Pog, Bruno, McT and Fred will be a decent lot to pick 3 from..

    Would even pick all 4 in a diamond at times.

    It’s the same as always on here. If everything doesn’t come off then you are shit. It was the same with Rashford. Completely ignoring the fact James is the only one creating anything. If Fred and AWB weren’t useless then we’d have had goals but of course that is actually James’ fault.
     
    We were good in the last 15 minutes. Hopefully we start the second half the same way and put the game out of Watford's reach.

    .....but wasn't it his through ball to James.....agree that level of physicality isn't his game.
