Why is it better for the winger to be a dribbler rather than the #10? Dribbling through the middle is much more dangerous. We need two dribblers and a passer in that attacking line and we have that. The only problem you have is you're comparing Mata to a conventional winger when that's not the role he's being asked to play at all. He's played well.
Look there are always going to be good and bad decisions, and that one actually looked right on the replay. I am much more worried about the lack of incision than a dodgy official. But each to his own. I think we need a better striker more than we need a better linesman.
