Disappointing but unsurprising.
I disagree, I do not see anything wrong with it. The defender was in the air before De Gea, and De Gea jumped into him. It is not his job to move out of the way for De Gea.
Sourness likely just wants to spin it as a "Pogba has a bad attitude" situation. Pogba didn't defend well enough from the stands. When even Souness is saying that VAR made a mess of it then you know it shouldn’t have stood.
oh he's such a man... standing in the rain in just his shirt...Just incase nobody missed it, Duncan Ferguson has taken his jacket off.
Just incase you didn't hear.
Our philosophy is about hitting the team quickly on the counter-attack, Mata is not this, he is more of a keeping possession type player. Why aren't we playing Mata at 10 more often? Sure he's past his best, but would still provide more than Lingard
No because look at where we are as a team on the field. Mata would work only if we play in their half a lot, and in fact, a lot closer or in their box. Mata would have too much to cover when we are that far away from their goal. And he played on Thursday. We need fresh legs. I think a Pogba that would have the ability to get in the box would offer some goal options on top of the passes. Why aren't we playing Mata at 10 more often? Sure he's past his best, but would still provide more than Lingard
Never seen a player get back into the side so easily. It was like Ole was waiting for just 1 good performance from him and now he gets to start until the end kfythe season.
You obviously havent seen much of mata recently. Why aren't we playing Mata at 10 more often? Sure he's past his best, but would still provide more than Lingard
Difference being that Arsenal had the sense to appear ambitious and get rid of Iwobi whereas Lingard's getting close to a testimonial.
So uh why do we have 70% possession? Our philosophy is about hitting the team quickly on the counter-attack, Mata is not this, he is more of a keeping possession type player.
That's the only thing, yet the hardest, that Ole needs to drill in their f****** mind. That it's 45mn to die on the field, win every single first, second and third ball, and drive forward with intend. They are going to freak out when we do so.What is the point in beating spurs and City and then losing to Everton?
Looking at Everton's lineup before KO it was obvious they were going for a lineup that could work hard as a unit. All we had to do was match that effort and desire and the score would not be 0-1 at half time.
Still another half to put it right!
Rashford definitely didn't have a one on one. Closed down, touch took him wide, on his weaker footWhat? Rashford has a one to one, for me, it was in. James is also wide ahead, Pickford didn't even move, this is a goal normally.
Can’t break down defensive sides, lose ball with sloppy play, Under the cosh for 10 minutes, concede, heads drop.
Repeat.
same old same old. What’s the point doing well against the top 6, when we have 26 other games to plan for?

To be honest I don't think it's a clear and obvious mistake from the referee. It was pathetic keeping by de gea.
This is where Ole earns his right to manage United. Everton have not been that great and he has to get the second half right tactically.
he took his eye off because another player was jumping at him and fell on his arms.
70% on the half way line isn’t exactly a good thingSo uh why do we have 70% possession?
oh he's such a man... standing in the rain in just his shirt...
Are you not worried about the state of us, even if we manage to sneak a win in the second half? Would you have been happy with the Sheffield United game as a whole and what it would've said about us as a team if we'd won the game? Was the 3-3 goal the only poor thing about that game?I see some already preparing a terrain to go full Ty if we dont win at the end. Maybe wait 2nd half to finish first.
I have, but I'm just trying to roll with what we have here..You obviously havent seen much of mata recently.
