He'll potentially miss Leeds/Leeds/Leicester. Only way I can see them appeal is if the other player says there was no force used, it was just softly placing his hands there... no idea if they allow the 'victim' to be involved in the appeal or if the victim will have any reason or desire to (unlikely Palace would even allow them to discuss it).
