    More like we are better if we have more creativity instead of goal scorer, our current squad have enough goal scorers but not for creative department. This is where Sancho is more important than Haaland or any winger is more important than any striker at the moment.

    Emotionally I feel 100% the same, but rational thinking says - the title was ours to lose. We had a very bad run once we went top of the league. Squad depth and consistency we have isn't good enough. We need to improve, but not a bad year overall.

    Yes! With Martial injured and Cavani flailing, starting Greenwood in the middle makes a lot of sense. Since we seem to have top 4 in the bag, I would love if Ole started Amad on the right instead of fecking Dan James

    There's a difference between that and dropping someone because they took parental leave, which is what I read the post I was responding to as suggesting when they said "he should get benched for the absence". As if him taking parental leave was in and of itself a mark against him.

    It's no different to being injured. There is no punishment for being injured but players lose their place due to it all the time if the player replacing them does well. It's football.
