That Everton team is seriously attacking. Sigurdsson and Walcott are hardly defensive, the front two work hard but are a front two and whenever I've seen Davies he's been more convincing going forwards than back.

We should be able to dominate in the middle today.

Preparing for Pogba and eventually Grealish. Interesting formation, Shaw and AWB have to be on point today for this to work.

That midfield is controlling this game. So much power and energy there. Can't wait for this.

This team, with not very many changes, is actually starting to become quite dynamic and quite promising. A few more of the right signings and I reckon we're in business.

For now, though, we have an extremely tight game on our hands against an in-form Everton.

I think both teams will cancel each other out.

Didn't someone say Martial was injured ?!
    Would have got all eleven

4 central midfielders. Going to be interesting to watch. I'd imagine our fullbacks are going to work very hard today, and Martial and Greenwood are going to pull wide at times to give us some width, with Fernandes pushing forward through the middle.

I worry about Lindelof against Calvert Lewin. I think Bailly would handle the physical contest much better. Lindelof is more suited to the technical midgets Man City have up top. I fear Calvert Lewin is going to push him about all afternoon.

Strange to go diamond when 4231 has worked since Fernandes came in.

Ighalo, Bailly and Mata can count themselves unfortunate not to be starting.

Must win game with a tough run ahead of us.

Lack of width might be an issue though
I think martial and greenwood will split and Bruno push through the middle a bit. With that midfield we should have a lot of control to get shaw or AWB forward as well

Formation will be interesting if it's a diamond or something else. We should be able to control midfield, but I think the full-backs will both need to be on top of their game in an attacking sense if we're going to win.

    Is James injured?

With Bailly in for Lindelof and if we had Pogba back instead of Matic, that team would be pretty tasty. Am very confident about this game. Come on United.

Martial back is a surprise. Wonder what version of him we'll get today?

2-2 I'm sticking with, I think this one has goals in it.

Hopefully 0-3 in our favour, we shall keep the momentum

Looking forward to the match. Hoping we're not in for yet another false dawn...

Tough away game to be fair. Everton are in decent form and traditionally their fans are always up for it when we come to town. If we win, that would be great. I expect a draw though.

Strong looking team, I guess matic will sit deep allowing Fred and McT to get forward with Bruno. Good to see martial is fit, I’d left him out of my selection ... doh.

Happy to see Martial back in, and it certainly looks like a diamond midfield to me. Don't see how else we could line up there unless we're dropping Matic into a back five which I doubt. Going to need a big game from our full backs, but the team looks good on paper. Huge game with recent results. Could have big implications for Champions League qualifying.
