Champions League Round of 16 (12th Feb - 13th Mar)

His brainfeck today wasn't down to any injury.
Of course not. But his brain fecks are probably part of being in terrible form. It's not like most of his mistakes are due to being slower or less physical able than he was in past but mostly bad decision making. That's why I think he might recover and become reliable again.

Suarez is the cuntiest footballer ever. Worse than Ramos, without a doubt.

What's up with the rating of Alexander Arnold? All he seems to do is hoof the ball with different techniques up the wing or in the middle and hope for the best. No composure. Suspect defensively too.

The linesman on at the Bayern end was really late putting his flag up twice. I have seen this a bit during this round from other limesman. anyone else noticed this? Is there a reason for it?

The 2 examples:
1- when Fabinho fouled James and Lewa had the ball, he dribbles a bit then the flag is raised so the ref pulls back for the free kick.
2- Lewa is played through, gets his chance off and just as the ball is going out of play the linesman raises his flag.

VAR I think. New rules that surround the VAR window.

We've been very bad. The fact we are going through as of now should say more about Bayern

Ref ruined the game at the Camp Nou. French FA will have to ask UEFA serious explanation after what's happened. Ref goes to check VAR for that last minute penalty vs PSG but then does this at the Camp Nou??

Bayern are poor, can't see Liverpool being knocked out unfortunately

We’ve been average. Our ball retention and progression in to attack is nowhere near good enough.

You’re probably right mate - it’s wishful thinking, I want Liverpool to be knackered for Spurs.

Edit: Damn it, forgot it was FA Cup weekend :(

Looks a real game so far, so let's hope Bayern up their game and give them a right old run about.

Losing is a habit we want them to get into.

Yep, VAR. Good idea as well so it's not ruining chances if the linesman does get it wrong.

That's a big call. Ramos backs it up with a callous intellect. There's real malevolent ratiocination behind his destructive antics. Suarez on the other hand looks like he's still evolving.

A perfect first touch.. it’s rolled away from him, i ain’t having that he’s meant to do that.

As expected. Hopefully Fab and Weeji can get their shit sorted in the second half despite being a man down (Milner)

Last season was a freak season for Salah everyone knows that was not his true level.

I've known this for a awhile. Every time I watch Liverpool Mane is always toiling and working hard only for salah to end up at the back of the post for a tap in. Always involved in the buildup process while being a pain in the ass for defenders. You really hate to see it.
